Henry Fok & Co. was established in 1998, with over 20 years of history. We are a solicitor firm based in Hong Kong, providing professional, reliable and diversified legal services.

Henry Fok & Co. was founded by Mr. Fok Po Tin, in order to provide small and medium-sized legal services. Fok Po Tin is a professional practicing solicitor in Hong Kong, and British solicitor of the Supreme Court. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Beijing University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Besides being well-acquainted with Hong Kong judiciary, he also maintains an amicable relationship with industries such as finance, real estate, media, construction and the police force in Hong Kong. Over the years, Henry Fok & Co. has continued to embody the spirit of "honesty, faith, ambition" and an attitude of "willing to commit, to execute and to be accountable," providing precise and first-rate legal services for commercial and corporate organizations as well as individual clients in China and Hong Kong.

To accommodate the handover of Hong Kong to China, Henry Fok & Co. has established a solid connection with the judiciary in Mainland China, particularly the legal professional networks in the Yunnan province.

Mr. Fok Po Tin is well connected with the Mainland government and the business communities, especially in provinces such as Guangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, and Tibet. These networks not only give our law firm a unique advantage, but also allow us to effectively and securely answer our clients’ enquiries about legal issues and investment strategies in China.
